I bought a Sony Ericssion 350i phone, a new model in the seond week of June from Delhi, Ashok Vihar Branch. Along with the Mobile they have given me 700 HOT SPOT Care pack. Which says according to them if I recieve any type of physical and Liquid damage to mobile. Then they are going to bear that and will take due care of that.
To my ill luck, recently my handset stopped working due to some reason and I went to the service outlet at Ashok Vihar on 23rd June. They told me to collect my mobile after one week, but when I reach there after one week the haven’t sent my mobile to the service center. Then they told me that again come after 1week it would be surely done. I waited for that period and even after that nobody bothered to update me. I was made to run from pillar to post without a proper answer. I was at the mercy of your company. They assured me that the they provided my phone on 5th of august, even that duration has exceeded without any response till yet and I haven’t received my phone till yet.
However, I would ensure that none my friends would ever visit your centre again. And I Know, how word of mouth publicity spreads. I am not interested to pursue any further because I am sick with the callous attitude of your company. I want my phone with accessories to be returned as earliest.
So, please look into this and expecting an answer from you.
