Keyboard not operating

I purchased HPCompaq Presario Desktop Model No.37701L with Sl. No. INA 9120 H37 from M/s Sarin Enterprises, Dehradun on 30/03.The said product had hardware warranty of three years. The keypad of the said model was not functioning properly, so I contacted the above shop who in turn advised me to call your Customer Care Centre. I had contacted your customer care centre at phone no.013530306363, from which I was given the following phone nos.1800-114772 and 0135-6002772. Inspite of my repeated efforts no contact could be made with the above mentioned phone nos. So, now I am registering my complaint and hoping for an early response.
