I have purchased a desktop computer from Computer Planet, Bangalore during October Divali offer. As per the offer necessary payment has been made and registered with acknowledgement from HP vide redemption registration No. MKDAE 12CF4 and code No. 24826 file No. 24787. but it is surprise to note that till today i.e. 4th December no action has been taken by HP to sent the redemption offer to me.
Hence, HP should keep up his promise/offer promptly and assure that gift is sent early as poissbile.
