Unable to book my second cylinder until today

Dear Sir,

My HP Gas Consumer No. is 622592

And Distributer's Name "Ambur Gas Agencies", Ambur (Tamilnadu) 635802

I got HP gas connection 5 years back, but Unable to book my second cylinder until today.

Whenever I go for booking second cylinder they are refusing to book the same.

I approched them many times but they are saying that they did't get the permission to book the second cylinder from head office, is it so?

please let me know what should i do for booking second cylinder?
