Hi, An Eureka forbes agent visited to my flat in Pune for promoting and selling the Aquaguard water purifier. I trusted them by the brand name of the company but they suggested me wrong product as there was hard water in my house and it needed RO water purifier but they recommended the UV.By the time i had no such knowledge which purifier is good for my house water but the marketting person suggested/recommended the wrong product even he knew it was not the correct for my house water. He did only to get his comission from company. HOwever after placing the order by cheque, i came to know the fact that it was not the correct water purifier and i cancelled the order. After 1 week the marketting person came to my flat and asked for cancellation charge which he had never mentioned while explaning the product and taking the order. I asked to be clear about this charges but he started talking rude and arrogantly. I question the Eureka forbes which is brand name in itself but why does not teach the people how to behave to the customer. They should also clear on all the terms and conditions to customer before placing the order but they never follow these practices and put the customer in darkness with false information.
