HP Notebook
Non reciept of promotional gift

HI,

I have purchased a hp pavilion dv2713tu notebook from Jalan Distributors, Gorakhpur on 14th may. The product have a promotional offer of free gift of a TV Tuner and a WiFi music device, worth of Rs. 9000.00. I have registered my purchase online for this offer and provided a Redemption Code FZEAQASZ 6. After that, I have send all the required documents with a DD of Rs 500.00 to:

But I am still waiting for the same to be received. Whenever I call the HP REDEMPTION office, they replied me that the gift will be send within 10-14 days. the same type of reponse has been given, when i emailed them. So, I am requesting the hp redemption cell to arrange to send the same immediately.
