This is Kamal, I am living in Noida (India), I am totally disappointed from your service. I had given my Laptop's Remote for replacement on 8sep2009 at HP authorized Service Centre:

I got a message from their side on 8 sep 2009 regarding that my remote had been ordered Ref 4603424798-461. But from that day I didn't get any update from their side regarding that. I had called several time and also e-mailed to them (below mentioned). Please look into the matter and do the needful. I didn't suppose to get such kind of irresponsible service from HP end. This shows totally unprofessional behaviour so such big and reputed company. I am totally disappointed form HP Services.

This is Kamal, I had given my Laptop remote for replacement on 08sep2009 (Token # B-1836). I got a message from your side, that my remote has been ordered with Ref 4603424798-461 From this mobile no (9841759544 named as Shenaz), Till date i didn't get any response from your side. I had message on that no# to know the status but didn't get any response. I had called several time to your office but they told to provide me update but no response from your end.
Please look into the matter and provide me update regarding my Laptop Remote Replacement.
