Refund of amount Rs 5, 515

Warranty was there till we have wrongly paid Rs. 5, 515 through ennessindia, (Santhosh, Kalpana) and they had mentioned a refund for the amount 2 mths back, we have repeatedly complained but no prob solved, they tell us next week next week u'll will get the cheque... look into the matter URGENTLY
