I am Ashish Gupta. I bought HP Pavilion dv51104tu model Product Serial No - CNF836333Z, on 10tth of January.

I submitted an amount of INR 1299 via demand draft, of which the conformation email came on 13th Feb on my above stated email-id. But the product Kodak camera hasn't been delivered yet.
