Non receipt of gift on purchage of HP Computer

Dear Sir,

My redemption code is OMS4ISLH4U. I have purchage the HP Pavilion laptop DV5-1104TU and there after i have sent the Bank Draft for Rs. 1499. But after a 3 Months I am unable to receive any responce from your end. I have purchage the same on 14.02.2009 from your dealer M/S Agarwal Computer, Power House Road Katihar, 854105.

Please look in to the matter & supply me as per terms & condition.
