Failed to provide gift redemption

Hi,

I am Shashikant Sangle, I bought a HP laptop (DV5-1104TU) on 22nd February from Vijay Sales - Goregaon Br, Mumbai.

As per the ongoing HP offer I sent all the required documents (ie Copy of Purchase invoice and Bar Coded product serial number sticker (original)) alongwith the at par cheque no.028228 (HDFC Bank) of Rs.1299/- payable to "Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd." on 27th February to HP Redemption Cell. The cheque is already cleared by the bank.

Till date I have not received any confirmation even after several follow-up emails for gift redemption status.

Can you please let me know the status of my gift redemption??
