HP pavilion note book
Gift not received even after six months

Dear Sir,

I purchased HP note book model DV 3005 TX in February. I was supposed to receive a Kodak Digital Camera from HP as a free gift. It has been almost six months, but I have not received my free gift. I sent four mail messages to giftredemptionsupport.com as advised by HP. Each time they gave some excuse or the other. But the gift never arrived.
