Cheques not returned

I had applied for loan of 80, 000 rupees, HSBC bank officials

Mr. Srinivas, MG Road office approached me and collected 6 signed cheques and took a signature of affidavit

subsequently after 1 month, somebody called me and expressed that loan is not sanctioned, i asked for returning my cheques

however AFTER 3 MONTHS TILL NOW MY CHEQUES ARE NOT RETURNED
