Poor Service

I had submitted a letter of conversion, to the HSBC MG road Branch, Bangalore in the last week of March. The letter was to convert my existing HSBC a/c into a zero balance salary a/c. The bank converted the a/c and in the middle of April closed the a/c without any notice. I visited the branch and asked for a reason for the closure, but no one knew why. This is unacceptable from one of the biggest banks in the wolrd.
