Credit Card complaint

I have applied for HSBC credit card, but due to some reason, they are not able to compile my card, I request to HSBC Bank, plz send me back my documents, and I request not to release credit card,

If they release card on behalf of me, I will file case against victum, bcoz I have informed by bank, that I am not eligible to have card. SO it is my heartly request!
