I don’t; know your management system that without my permission HSBC create my insurance and last moment they call me to pay for this insurance. However till date I have not received any details of my insurance policy. I have called up HSBC several times and the response I got is that "You will get a call back from the concern department". I called up HSBC again for the same and they have advised to call TATA AIG for the same.
I totaly confused your system. I have mailed also [email protected] and [email protected] they reply (Dear Mr. Mandal Thank you for your e-mail to us at Tata-AIG and regret the delay in responding to you. As per your mail received may we request you to kindly forward the scan credit card statement to enable to assist you further) several time but they do not help me
It is completely harassment by HSBC and TATA AIG and unnecessary charge the premium amount even I am not having any policy documents Please help me and write me the right person to whom I contact for the refund of my Rs.9430/-Please help me friends
I am planning to log complaint to RBI and other source So these people does not about the money value.
