MY CARD NO IS 4384599997192405. I HAVE CLOSED MY HSBC CARD IN 21/07/07 REF. MUM/NIL/WO/MAR-07/01/XZ AND RECEPIT NO. 1941052 IN HSBC AUTHORIZED COLLECTOR XZINE DILIGENT WITH MY CHEQUE NO. 013797 AND STILL I GETTING BILL WITH LATE FEES AND INTEREST. I WAS TOLD BY THE CIBIL AND COSTUMER CARE ON 28/11/O7 AND COMPLAINT NO.2711766246 AND BEFORE THAT ALSO.THAT MY ACCOUNT STATUS IS WRITTEN OFF. WHEN SPOKE WITH THE BANK I WAS TOLD MY ACCOUNT IS ZEROISED. AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE STATUS WILL BE UPDATED IN THE CIBIL SOON. BUT TILL DATE THE ACCOUNT STATUS IS NOT CHANGED. MY HOME LOAN IS STUCK BECAUSE OF THAT. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THE BANK TO PLEASE REMOVE MY NAME FROM CIBIL IMMEDIATELY, SO THAT I CAN GET MY HOME LOAN.
