HSBC Credit Card
Issue with settled & closed HSBC Credit Card, Hyderabad

Hi,

I was a customer of HSBC credit card. And this card has been settled and closed 3 years ago.

I have all the letters that were given at the time of settlement.

There was no communication from the HSBC bank/agents in these 3 years. Again I am getting the threating calls from recovery agents to pay money again, and they are using unparlimentary words while talking over the telephone.

Could you please advice me on whom to approach to resolve this issue.
