Hai,

This is Rupesh again, as i have again given my phone for warranty on 10th sep 2009. i haven't get any response and yesterday on 18/09/09 i called your service station for the status they said come and collect your phone it is corrected they again changed the mother board, but when i checked their the problem is the same and i showed it to your executive they checked with other HTC models also and said problem is with the network saying AIRTEL does not support HTC P3400i, i have checked with the service providers already no problem regarding network. Mr. Durga prasad spoked to Mr. Venkateshwarlu (RM) regarding this matter, They have told me to wait for another 48hrs i, e. on monday till 0400pm for final result, I dont want the phone now i have waited and wasted my time in roaming for the phone if the phone does'nt support AIRTEL then what is the use of keeping plz return my money back so that i will go for the other phones which supports AIRTEL, i have already told that to replace the hand set 3 times the mother board was replaced but the problem is not solved, i dont want the same phone again, give me a new phone or upgrade me to other model which supports AIRTEL its not my problem i want my money back or an upgrade, waiting for an earlier action to be taken

This is rupesh as my phone was given on warranty at SALORA INTERNATION LIMITED secunderabad ph:04027807315-16, on 03/07 my phone: p3400i complaint:186, IMEI no:353533011521138 not working due problem in mother board and it was replaced on 27/07 after 25 day but iam still facing problem in receiving the call and sms's, and i received a message that ur phone HTC p3400i doest't support the automatic settings. iam still not able to understand, now i have again given my phone on 10/09 with the same problem this time i have changed the sim as it was sugessted, i have taken 64k sim after confirming from AIRTEL and your service station but still i have problem in in-coming calls and sms's, my complaint no is 816 and i have wasted my time in roaming from AIRTEL and to your service station requesting an earlier action to be taken in upgrade or replace of hand set, their was no response for my earlier mail waiting for response...
