Took money, did not deliver the Gift

Hello

I had ordered a fathers day gift from http://www.indiaonlineflorists.com/ and paid then 1185Rs for the same. The gift never reached the recipient. The money was charged to the card. I tried contacting the customer service, but no body picks up the phone. The online contact us never works

This a fraud company and they cheat people. They cheat people not only for the money but also by not delivery gifts on the special occasions, they hurt their feelings.

Please get this site down and take legal action against them
