On 13th November'09, I have placed an order for Delivery of Bouquet for 15th November'09. Payment of Rs.749 made through Intenet Payment.

The same was not delivered by the florist on that day.
When contacted on 16th Nov'09, it was informed that the bouquet was not delivered and the amount would be reverted in next 10 to 15 working days.
But when contacted again on 26th, it was informed that attempt was made to deliver the bouquet but the receipent home was locked.
While no attempt was made to call and inform the person who placed the order the company is falsely caliming that the order was delivered.
