Defective accounting of bills

My can no is 033207432. The existing water meter was replaced in the end of last year without

any intimation or reason. No testing done or acknowledgement from me was taken. From the empty

carton thrown at the place I find that the mrp of the ACQUAMET meter was RS700.i was told that

the cost would be recovered by monthly installments. However the bills issed continuously from jan

include recovery at rs150 for some months and 75 for some months. The total demands far exceeded

RS 1050.The department failed to maintain recovery against the cost. I was told that some out

sourcing is done. MY earlier complaints yielded no respite
