PAN Card not received

Hi. I have applied for a PAN card on 10th jan-09. Via sms i got my PAN Card no-AQQPD9584N.

And from UTITSL i got information that it has been already despatched to my address whch i have given at that time. But still now not received. Plz let me know whats the status. Is it really despatched to my location? If not then how many days it will take?
