Worst coverage and worst rectification from Airtel. Please check my mail to [email protected]

I had three numbers on my name. 9959161234 9959171234 9949549296 . My billing address is R.K. Satya Enclave Nizampet road Kukatpally Hyderabad.

Presently I am staying at Kwality residence Eeswar vilas road Near Nizampet busstop Nizampet Hydernagar Hyderabad. On 6th oct all of a sudden we lost the signals on our mobiles (Airtel) None of the people in and around this area (Kwality residence Eeswar vilas road Near nizampet busstop Nizampet Hydernagar Hyderabad) had the Airtel network (No signals). I do stay in this area from past 6 months. I never faces this signal problems before in this area. It happened all of a sudden. I have given the complaint to your customer care many times regarding the same issue.

Moreover they have given me the resolution date to be maximum of Oct 15th.

Please check your records for this issue. We were really facing lots of problems if there is no network coverage. Hope you people might be knowing well if there is no network. But you people give the publicity like AP s largest network. This is what you mean the largest network

I can wait until 15th Oct or even 22nd Oct to get the issue resolved. But when I called today and spoke to your manager Mallika regarding the same issue she now tells me the issue will take another 90 days more to resolve the issue. This is really hilarious if it takes really 90 days more. I can only wait of 10 more days to get the problem rectified. If this is more than 10 days (not crossing oct22nd). Please do cancel all my 3 accounts with airtel. And definitely I will suggest other members in my area to go for other service providers cancelling the existing airtel numbers. Just believe if you loose minimum 40-50 customers from my side. Hope 40-50 customers might not be huge number for you people. Loosing a customer is quite so easy getting a customer is very hard.

My intention is

1) I need to know what exactly happening on our area with your network

2) What kind of steps your network team had taken

3) Do you have any contact mail-id or phone numbers of your network team

4) Please provide your Managers mail-id or phone number...

5) The date when it will be resolved (If more than 10 days I take my own

steps)

I need all these questions to be answered. And I will appreciate your work if this issue gets resolved in the specified time mentioned by ME.

We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same.

We would like to inform you that the area under consideration is served by our site which gives adequate coverage.

Deep indoors the strength of signal is weak due to dense building obstruction. Feedback mechanism to Technical team is in place to take up corrective measures and it will take upto 90 days.

We request you to bear such time with us.

If this is the case they will take 90 days more to rectify my problem, should I stop paying my airtel bills and can I go cancellation of my airtel connections?
