Kindly Issue my PF amount

Dear Sir,

I am approaching to your kindself with a request kindly issue me my PFamount, which is due for the last 6 months. As I have already clear completed documents from the respectable Office ie IBM Daksh 6 months back. My tenure of service was 2 years 11 months and 18 days. For further imformation I have resigned on 22-nov. Kindly consider important and clear my dues form your office and deposite the amount into Bank a/c given. My PF No. HR/FBD/10640-15633.

The time of Issue PF amount is 60 dyas as promised.
