Pan card not delivered Yet

Dear sir,

I was issued a Pan card no AJCPK 8441Q

i have not received my pan card. i have submitted my

form at 30 may 08 but till my pan card not received.

But I was issued a pan card no. ARVPM1864A but due to

the non availability of the same by Incometax office at

Ludhiana I was given a photocopy of the same. On enquiry

of the same it was told that it will be supplied in due

course but it had never been made available. Therefore,

may I request the issuance of the same on my current

address as given below.
