Asing on my charge slips i have been remitting full amount so far. i never draw cash thru credit card i never opted for revolving credi i never paid part payment also.now bank claims excess amount in the form of service tax/ delayed payment charges stating that amount paid by me by way cheques were recredited to my card account in august & october.bank never responds properly on time .different persons convey different amounts over phone . why bank should recredit the amount paid by me twice? why mobile alerts were not given? why should the card holder keeptrack of old bills after payment? bank has been causing unrest for their negligence.
