We have requested on 1.03.2011 for change of signatory from Dr. Rajesh Jerath, our ex-CDMO, south west district who have retired on 28.02.2011 to Dr. S.K.Sharma, our new CDMO, south west district for following account numbers of ICICI BANK

But till no action or correspondence has been received by our end. And our is a office of Integrated District Health Society, South West District. And this is a month of march so our work is paralysed by not changing of signatory.
