Sir, i jagdish narain chaturvedi is holder of credit card no.5177194068921003 of icici bank which is blocked at present.on complaint to banking ombudsman regarding icici lombard policy.i received a letter from your office on october24 stating that money will be credited to my credit card account and is cradited also but i am not able draw the amount as card blocked.so many time i approched mr pankaj arora service manager creditcard at Kanpur but he could not help me.now full refund should be made along with the late payment and interest @ which icicibank takes from costomers.
