I have dropped a cheque no 554469 dt 23-4-09 for amount Rs.1100/- against statement credit amout of rs.1058/-. But the cheque was not collected.
On my enquiry from customer service care, i have been informed that there was a dicrepency of writing the credit card no wrongly. I have verified twice before dropping the cheque. How every there could be a remote opportunity of human error.
However i would like to register my displeasure toward the inadequate service i.e., had i been informed in time and adequatelty (well within free credit limit period) i would have dropped a new cheque.
I take the honour to persue my track record of payments and you will find no overdues at anypoint of time. I there fore request to drop the late fee and interest charges.
i presume that the finance and interest charges would be dropped and i therefore will make a payment of Rs.1100/ only now.
