Dear Sir,
I am one of the Customer of your esteemed Organisation. On 05/04 i was trying to withdraw Rs.10, 000/-(Rs. Ten Thousand) from State Bank Of India, Indiranagar, Bangalore ATM at 11:59 am. It is sorry to tell you that i did not get the money from the said ATM and got the print stating "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". but at the same time i got the message in my mobile phone (0)-9448789386, that Rs.10, 000/-(Rs. Ten Thousand) has already been deducted from my A/c No.:-015601525792.Fearing some problems with State Bank ATM, i again checked with mini statement taken from INDIAN BANK near by, it is showing the deduction of Rs.10, 000/-(Rs. Ten Thousand). I was in need of money, so i approached ICICI ATM at Cambridge Road, Bangalore and withdrawn Rs.5000/-(Rs. Five Thousand) thereafter.
I will request you to look into the matter and expedite it so as to credit back my Rs.10, 000/-(Rs. Ten Thousand) unduly deducted from my account no.:-015601525792 as soon as possible.

After this i made lot many requests to ICICI Customer care. They given different dates to resolve this issue.30 Apr. was the last date given to credit back my deducted amount. But till this time at 1605hrs on 30/04 i have not recceived my amount. How someone can believe the Credibility of such a highly esteemed private organisation.
Still with some home i am putting this mail.
