Unnecessarily delaying the settlement process so that customer has to pay more (Service Reference SR93484330)

As per the discussion with the collection department of icici bank I have paid all my dues .after that also they are putting fine and late payment fees. whatever may be the reason it's due to commission or something else if the collection department people are cheating the customers of the bank it's the responsibility of the bank to take action for that. those agents are working on behalf of ICICI bank only.

I have already given all the details like agency name, bill details... there is no positive response till now.

after that when I am asking for settlement they are providing one no 66302521 of Preeti smita

in that no i have been trying since last 5 days no body responding the call..due to which Unnecessary delay is happening. for which again they will put fine and all the charges..

including fine and late fee charges it was 5000.00 after the delay it's now nearly 7000.00.still they are not responding which will cause the delay and again customer have to pay for the careless approach of the ICICI bank.
