ICICI Credit Card
Didnt recieve my credit card

Dear Sir/Madam

I got a call from ICICI credit card for lifetime free credit card I accept that offer and give all my document to their executive but till date I didnt recieve my credit card or my document back.

I have only call center number from where I receive call about ICICI but when I call back their for my documents they said that it is not their duty, the no is 911164508533.

Kindly hale me to get my documents back so that nobody misuse them.
