ICICI Credit Card
UNAUTHORISED CHARGES IN CREDIT CARD STATEMENT

I am honey jain holding ICICI CREDIT CARD NO. 4076512172365012 in my last statments dated 29-05-08 & 28-06-08 there is an unauthorised charges regading payment of MTNL telephone bill rs. 1602 & 842 respectively.

they are not responding on customre care online and harashing for payment of this unthorised bill.

we had also confirmed with MTNL, as per them there is no payment deposited through our credit card.

please check the matter and instruct to concern authority to reverse all this charges in my next statement.
