This is what i am writing after a lot of follow up with Customer care, Business head's office for resolution.

I had subscribed for Visa Bill Pay servise with ICICI credit cards dept. Subscription was for one airtel bill and two Prudential policies. i do have letter from VISA Bill pay servise for standing instructions. i got call one confirmation call for some strange policy number. Even after indicating not to pay for some other policy, there has been a debit of Rs 30, 000 which is not yet reversed till date.
i have been writing to Mr Anup Saha (business head), i have been speaking to Ms Shravati Rao almost every day. Customer care is asking for more and more days to do the needful.
I have been receiving similar experience from ICICI Home fin, ICICI Lombard and now ICICI Credit cards.
i have been getting reminder mails from ICICI bank for paying this Rs 30, 000 with a lot much of delay charges.
Request your intervention. i am preparing myself for asking compensation of Rs 10.00 Lacs from ICICI for this harrassment.
