Subject: Discipline at ATM

Reference: ICICI Account No.005701559058

Reference to above subject, I would like to inform you that around 2:30 pm, I visited ICICI ATM, at Shree Ram Mills Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 13. I was in queue waiting for my turn for withdraw cash from ATM. Whenever one of customer came out after withdraw cash, I entered at ATM, suddenly your Brinks Arya’s person came from vehicle no. MH-04/DS-7479, he not allow me to operate ATM machine, I request him that I’ll take hardly 1 minute, but he refused and pulled me out. From 2:30 pm to 2:55 pm Brinks Arya’s staff waste my valuable time.

This is not a way to behaviors with Bank Customer. Therefore, I’m thinking to be close my ICICI A/c, & looking for such bank who gives good respect and service to their customer.
