Wrongly Charged from my credit card

I am Neeraj Kumar a ICICI Credit Card Holder. On 26.06.2008 I have swiped my card on petrol pump For one transaction there are double entries. which is reflecting in the transaction details. Kindly charge back my one transaction as there should be only one transaction successful. waiting for your reply.

I have called your phone banking number 08041131877 and every time your executive is giving me same feedback that our system is under technical maintenance.

Plz resolve my issue.
