I have taken up an ICICI Lombard policy in the name of Bharti Sharma and Saurabh Sharma in May.
We made the payment via ICICI bank Credit Card.
When I received the credit card statement for this month i was surprised to see that two amounts i.e Rs. 8972 & Rs. 5860 have charged to my account. And when I spoke to your customer care department, I was more surprised to know that instead of one policy two policies have issued in my name.
In view of the fact that I have cancelled by both policies, I was suppose to receive whole amount back to my account but ai have come to know that some cancellation fees have been charged to me which I am absolutely not suppose to pay because you i.e. ICICI LOMBARD has done mischief and FRAUD with me by misusing my Credit Card Details and by issuing two policies instead of one without my information.
