I was purchased a Health Insurance Policy No. 4034/FPN/00240731/00/000 in October'2005 for two year. For renewal I received a call from ICICI Lombard Dept in October and I gave them confirmation for the same in this sequence i was received a call from ICICI Credit card department. I received a message from telly caller that your policy renewal is done, but i was not received any renewal document from their side.
Again i received another call in first week of January '2008 to renew this policy from ICICI Lombard. same process repeat again, i received a confirmation call from ICICI Credit card Dept than i replied ok please Dr my account with amount. Strange after one month i was not received any renewal document from their side.
After many call to helpdesk no and many online chat I received a fresh policy from ICICI Lombard. I am continue in touch with ICICI Lombard's customer care executive Ms Renuka Vure from 4th Feb through email. Still not getting any answer. It is a case of cheating. I am trying to renew my policy and gave them two time for renewal confirmation, than why they send me new policy. I lost my two years no claim bonus and loyalty through this unacceptable transaction of ICICI Lombard.
I called many time to helpdesk no regarding this matter, i received same answer from there side that they will send me renewal notice with in 5 days and strange i was not received any one paper from their side.
