I am using your credit card from jan. this card service is very useful to me. i stay in sangli. i have my bank account in your vishrambag branch at sangli. till last month i was using the withdrawl slip alomg with deposit slip to make my payments against my credit purchases. this branch is a new one so i did not get any chequebook.
this month i got a cheque book. to enjoy the cash-less payment facility i issued a cheque to the bank this month for rs. 2000 as against the payment of rs.1978.
bank authorities did not accept my cheque which was drawn in favour of credit card no. as mentioned in the bill itself. i showed the rule about the cheque to the bank authorities but yet they did not listen to me.
this was very irritating experience for me. i am very busy person. yesterday i had to spend two hours for this payment business.
i must know that why my cheque was not accepted by the bank authorities?
please allow me the cheque payment facility.
