No network coverage

Hello sir,

My cell no. is 9990693453 i live in Shakarpur, Delhi on ground floor. I have made complaint to IDEA many times that in my flat there is no network coverage but they couldn't solve my provlem.

Please do some think, beacause no body can contect me when im in my flat.
