De-activation of sim

I have purchased 02 idea sim on 28.07.2009 from m/s new zen mobile near iocl gate, begusarai after giving my photo, photocopy of identity card and address proof issued by my employer on letter pad. but on 04.08.2009 my both sim have been disconnection on the pretext that i have not submitted the required documents. when i contacted at customer care he informed that my documents have not yet been received by them and then my 01 sim having number 9507878160 has been started but another sim having number 9507878440 has not yet been started. after giving the complaint to customer care they are un-necessarily made correspondence with me stating that your identity proof document is not in original and when i asked them why i should submit the original identity card he now informed that father's name is not mentioned in my identity card. then how he connected my 01 sim if the father's name is not mentioned in the identity card and the identity card issued by central industrial security force father's name is not mentioned in it. now till date my sim has been activated and they are harrasing me. it is, therefore, requested that necessary action may please be taken agianst the company as i think they have lost my documents and making un-necessary correspondances with me.
