I had owned idea mob# 919961513814; and i had actiiveted gprs for one month (97 rs) and two days before idea deducted around 40 rs from my account for the usage of web. And this is not noticed me.when i contacted the coustmer care they are telling the max usage of web is only 69 mb/day.this is not mentioned any were and i am in the assumbsion that i can use 2 gb free.
This is purely a worest serive which given offers with hidden conditionS.
I am going to disconnect the idea serive and going to switch to aicel which have a better serivce.
