My name is rajiyabegum, my mobile number is 9949599397. i did MNP (Mobile number portability) from airtel to idea. unfortunately i lost my SIM card. so i went to KLK estate and get sim card. and i submitted my proof id also in my local area distributor. but still if i insert that sim card in my mobile. SIM card registration failed message is displayed. please solve my problem.
