Dear Sir,
When i went to buy the data card from your vendor he made a false commitment that the speed will be quite good and since i bought it i never had a good speed (only 5-8kps/sec) which is even less than he speed when we run GPRS on our phones. Whenever i tried to call your customer care, they either disconnect the call or they give a wrong number to dial again and ask for clarification from them. Is this your company Ethics??
