Idea Gang Sim Card
Reg. wrong deduction for outgoing call from Gang number to other Gang number of idea

Sir,

i have two idea Gang card. idea has declare for this card that upto first 500 minutes from gang to other gang number will cost Rs. 0.10 /minute but now i used only 10-15 minutes only but they are deducting per minutes 1.20 Rs. on both the number . i have try to call from both number to one another but always deducted the amount Rs. 1.20 per minute . i talked with customer care more than 4-5 times but they told me that amount will refund in my account and that was technical problem but till now amount is deducting Rs. 1.20 per minute. please take necessary action for the same.
