I was in search of broadband when i came across Idea Netsetter. It says high speed internet on the move which means u can use the netsetter wherever there is network coverage. A high speed of 236.8 kb/sec is promised. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!! Agreed that the internet was activated the same day but the service is pathetic. The internet is slower than a snail. I have used bsnl and tata indicom and the speed was 128 kb/sec. I have also used airtel gprs which provides 28 kbps and i have got to say that was much faster than this. I paid 2490/- for the instrument (usb) and i have agreed to pay 849/- a month for unlimited usage assuming that i would be getting the promised speed. They need to realise that its our hard earned money that we are investing so quality service has to be provided. Am very disappointed with Idea and would never recommend Idea net setter to any one.
