Idea prepaid connection
Amount deduction without my permission

I am having the prepaid connection No 9844565926 of idea network from past two years but the Idea cellular people are deducting my amount with out my permission in the reason of Idea magic box and this the haressment to me most of my currency was deducted in the above mentioned reason. Please do the necessary help that in future they should not deduct the amount and also i have not used that service so for and also i am thinking to disconnect the connection and i will go for the other companies pre paid connection.
