I had given my microwave oven for repair at your service centre in the second week of July

There has been no information from your end regarding the status of repair.

In the last week of July, I had phoned up your Mr. Deepak Nim who said that the PCB requires replacement and

costs around Rs.3000/=

I had asked him to go ahead.

THere was no further communication.

Around the second week of August, I again contacted and I was told that the PCB has been received and the MW would be ready in 2-3 days.

I rang up again around 25 Aug and I was told by a lady that the PCB did not work and I should go for an exchange and for which the marketing people will contact me'

Today, i.e on 8th September, when I contacted Mr. Deepak NIm, he told me that the PCB will cost Rs. 3000/= and since I had said that I would go for an exchange, no work had been done

I have been served a series of untruths since the last 2 months.

It seems that your company is not genuinely intersted in providing service but only to promote sales.

In case you are not able to repair your own products, you should give up the sham.

If I go for a new MW, I'll definitely not go for IFB
