No body is comming for demo

Dear sir,

i am srinivas from bangalore

i had been purchased IFB washing machine on 22/03/09, till know no body came for demo, when i called to the customer care, they wont reply properly, and every time they will told service person will attend tomorrow,

when i brought IFB they give me a no:2762615
